Have you ever moved during an energy healing treatment?
An involuntary movement experienced during a healing process is referred to as a somatic release. And is an indication that frozen energy is being released from the musculoskeletal system. Energy healing and movement should be synonymous with one another. If there is no movement during an energy healing session, usually that means the nervous system is frozen and needs to be unlocked. Or in other words, there is a disconnect between the mind-body connection.
"For over ten years, I have observed the effects of remote bio-electromagnetic stimulation, the somatic releases they elicit in people, and how to repeat them. These somatic releases can manifest as intense full body spasms. Or they can be as subtle as brain stem reflexes like abnormal breathing patterns, swallowing and yawning" (Fraser, 7). Additionally, these somatic releases can be used to analyze ones energetic system and measure the progress that is being made.
There is a lot of confusion that still surrounds these movements. I have even seen others refer to them as something undesirable. However, I am here to let others know. It is a perfectly normal part of a healthy functioning nervous system. It is my life's work to illuminate the benefits of this natural healing phenomenon. And teach others how to regain access to the body's inner guidance system.
